About Me

My passion for gastronomy has been present since I was very young. I am the heir of a dynasty of well known gourmets, and my style is a subtle mix between respect of tradition and modernity.

After graduating from the l’Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, I traveled the world to gain experience in the major cities, notably with Alain Ducasse in Paris and Thomas Keller in New York.

Always in search of new flavors and creations, I will make you discover a certain idea of modern luxury.
